It is quite essential to create routine backups of your DBs to protect your website content and to avoid any incidental loss of data. With the Database Manager, creating a database backup file is extremely easy. Just push the Backup button next to the database you would like to back up and you will be immediately taken to the File Manager section from where you can download your freshly created database backup file.
MySQL and PgSQL Databases
